Located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, the apartment is nestled in a quiet, green neighborhood. You'll be sharing with my roommate, who works long hours and rarely returns home before late, giving you the apartment pretty much to yourself. My room is a comfortable alcove, separated by a curtain for privacy, creating a unique and open living space. While my roommate does smoke, she only does so on the balcony, ensuring a smoke-free environment indoors. The rent is €850 per month, all-inclusive, with an €850 deposit returned upon your departure, provided everything is in order. Viewings are preferred starting April.
