There is an extra toilet on the ground floor at the entrance. Outside is a covered, closed bicycle shed and a spacious side garden. 

All rooms are furnished and equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes, air conditioning or electric additional heating. Internet, water and gas are centrally provided, electricity is charged according to use. The shared areas are cleaned weekly.
