I have a room  for rent for a female student in the Blekerstraat from August 2025.

Please contact me if you are interested. The room is avalaible for a female studente as the other room is for my daughter who is also a student. Furnished, 3 rooms (2-person bedroom and 1-person bedroom), living room (± 35.5 m2)), kitchen, private storage for bicycles and storage, balcony, 3rd floor, elevator, walking distance to the station. Rental price of the 1-person bedroom EURO 520/month incl. GWL incl. service costs. The apartment is located in the Parkhof district, within walking distance of the NS station and the shops in the city center. The complex has a communal courtyard so that in addition to your own west-facing balcony, you still have plenty of space to sit in the sun. Entrance complex: The complex is accessed via the communal entrance, with doorbells and letterbox. You can reach the apartment on the third floor via a few steps. There is also a lift. On the ground floor there is access to the communal courtyard that all residents can use. Living area: The hall, with meter cupboard, provides access to the bathroom, living room and storage room.
