About the place

As of 1 November 2025, three neat rooms will become available in this newly renovated and furnished flat (75 m² plus balcony and bicycle storage). The first room to be offered is 14 m², south-east facing and next to the balcony, so it gets plenty of sunlight. Basic furniture includes a very spacious wardrobe and a 140 cm wide bed, with the option of adding a large desk. 
The property is part of a mixed privately owned building with 24 flats, occupied by students, elderly people, young families and single people. Located in De Nude, a green neighbourhood west of Wageningen. Walking distance to the centre is only 10 minutes and the supermarket is also very close by. The WUR campus is a 15-minute bike ride away. 
The flat is suitable for 3 residents and has a permit for room-by-room rental. The intended target group is candidates who have previously lived on their own, preferably aged 25 and above, who are practical, well-organised and non-smokers.
