The kitchen and large living room, which together measure 55 square meters, are entirely for the tenants' use, as are the furniture, tableware, etc. There are also two separate toilets, a large backyard, and a covered bicycle shed. The house is furnished; the room has a double bed and accessories. The rent of €850 includes Wi-Fi, but excludes heating, water, and electricity (advance payment of €155 per month with a final bill based on usage), and municipal taxes (approximately €22.50 per month).
