Hi future housemate!

Welcome to Gerdesstraat! In our lovely apartment above the Basic-Fit, next the Lidl, across from the bus station, a few meters from the city center and within a 10-minute bike ride from the university, a room is becoming available as of October 1st.

We're looking for a fun housemate (female) who might not be looking for the standard student house, but rather a cozy yet quiet & much cleaner ;) home. We're not active in a student association, but we do enjoy cooking together, working out, or having a cocktail night.

What we offer:
A neat room with lots of light, 10m²
- Furnished (heating, air conditioning, curtains, blinds, and a ceiling lamp)
- Nice bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate toilet
- Large eat-in kitchen
- Nice little balcony (lovely in the sun)

Rent is €500, including gas/water/electricity/internet

Rent possible from Oktober 1, 2026 until around mid-July 2027, with a possible option to extend.

A cozy home with two other girls (20 & 21), both creative and sporty, currently in year 3 of their Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture.
