About the place

We live in a cozy and peaceful house in a great location, close to the city centre and a supermarket. The house has a nice shared living room where you can relax and hang out, as well as a garden where you can make the most of the sunny days.

It is important to us that the house remains a calm and relaxed place to live. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys having their own life and values a peaceful atmosphere at home. Of course, we enjoy having a drink together or having a chat from time to time, but we are not a house that has parties every week or where everyone is constantly hanging out together.

In short: a cozy and friendly home, with plenty of space for your own life and privacy.
