About the place

Hi,

I am looking for a new housemate starting 2 April. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment in the centre of Wageningen. The room is 10 m² in an apartment of total of 85 m². Rent is 490 euro including utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet). We would share one bathroom and kitchen, a big living room, and a small balcony looking out over the bus station. Shops, supermarkets, and a gym are within a few minutes walking distance. 

You'll be living together with Poets and Happie, my two sweet and cuddly cats, so being comfortable with cats is a must! I might ask you to cat-sit occasionally. My girlfriend will also be around sometimes.

I am David, 31 years old, and a fourth year PhD student. I play the piano, and love listening to and talking about music. I exercise a lot, mostly running and cycling. 
I'm looking for a friendly and responsible housemate, preferably an MSc student or working. Someone who enjoys the occasional shared dinner or chat but also respects personal space. I’m easygoing when it comes to house rules and open to discussing preferences.
