About the place

We are looking for a fourth roommate! 
The room is on Schoolstraat in Voorschoten and is ±11m2. There is also a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room which are all quite large. 
It is subletting (registration in municipality possible) from 1 June to 31 December (no possible extension). The rent is €413 (possibly €438 after June after consultation with landlord) including gas, electricity, internet, cleaning supplies.  
The deposit is also €413. 
Has to be registered at an educational institution!!
**Important** 
Because person who is leaving wasn't in the country when making the ad, the photos are of a room of the same size. The real room looks different!
