Ook nabij snelwegen, binnen 2 minuten zit je op de A12. Mooi huis, pas gerenoveerd met nette badkamer, 2 toiletten. Verder is alles aanwezig in het huis, wasmachine, magnetron, oven, koelkast enz. Fietsen kunnen voor de deur gezet worden.  Met rustige huisgenoten. Momenteel wonen er 2 studenten in het huis.

Nice, big, clean room with private refrigerator. The room is included with furniture. Nice, quite neighbourhood in Voorburg nearby The Hague. Also nearby train station Den Haag Laan Van NOI and bus stops and a shopping center. Very close to The Hague Centre. 

The house was recently renovated , everything is almost new. Two bathrooms, nice kitchen and quite house mates. Currently there are 3 students living here. Also bicycles storage in front of the house available.

Including registration, gas, water, electricity, Wifi, furniture, and all taxes. No surprise additional monthly costs. Also we have a cleaning lady that comes 2 times per month.
