I prefer short-term candidates, we start with a 4-month contract, with the possibility to extend. The room is available, and I’m flexible with the start and end date, but we begin with a temporary contract first.

The house is spacious with three bedrooms:
	•	One room for you
	•	One room for me
	•	One shared office room and we have huge  living room

everything is fully furnished.

The room is spacious, well-lit, and comes furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe.  The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to public transport 7 min walk to den haag laan Van Noi station and 25 min walk from Den Haag Central.
