- Rent: €580/month (incl. internet, gas, electricity)

- Registration possible

Shared facilities:
- Kitchen and bathroom (shared with landlord)

Requirements:
- Student only
- Male tenant preferred

Location:
- 30 min bike ride to TU Delft along the Delftweg canal
- 3 min walk to train station
- Next to a supermarket
