About Voorburg
Voorburg, a charming city in South Holland, used to be a separate municipality. On January 1, 2002, it merged with Leidschendam to form the current municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg. Situated along the Rijn-Schie Canal and surrounded by the outskirts of The Hague, Rijswijk, and Leidschendam.

Location and Amenities
The room's location offers the best of both worlds: proximity to the bustling city centre and institutions like The Hague University, KPN, T-Mobile, and other international hotspots. Public transportation is a stone's throw away, with direct connections to The Hague Central Station and Scheveningen.

The neighbourhood is renowned for its charming shopping centres, cosy cafes, restaurants, swimming pool, library, parks, and various supermarkets. Voorburg train station, a hospital, and fitness facilities are nearby.

Rental Details and House Rules
Renting this room requires a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The additional costs amount to €1250, one-time and non-refundable. Please note, that we have some house rules, such as using headphones when playing musical instruments. Unfortunately, visitors, smoking, and pets are not allowed. However, registering with the municipality is possible. Once you become a tenant, we kindly ask for your ID and proof of enrollment in an educational institution or employment.
