About the place

Dear Room Seeker,
 
Effective immediately, a room is temporarily available at my house. This room is available until the end of September 2025 with possible extension but you may also come for a shorter period. This old beautiful characteristic house is right in the center of Vianen. You can reach the bus station in five minutes by bike and from there many direct buses go to Utrecht Central, which usually takes 15 minutes.

The room is not very big, about 9m2. but you share the whole house and the sunny garden with me. Unfortunately, registration is not possible. The rent is going to be € 750 per month. This can become more expensive if a lot of gas is consumed. The room can come with closet space and a double bed. You don't see this in the video now but it is in there. 

Because this is a very old house, the house does get extra noisy. Also, you must not be a cold person because there is no heating in the bathroom and the house can get very cold. 

My name is Louise and I am 39 years old. I work full time outside the home. I am really a people person and love going out for dinner, drinks, playing games, going to festivals etc. 
How old you are or where you are from is not important to me. My preference is for a (young) lady. What I find important is that there is a super good click between us and we are on the same wavelength in terms of peace and respect in the house.
