About the place

I am currently renting the whole house; however, I would like to share the house with someone since the rent is too high for myself only.

The room is relatively small (10m2), however, you will have access to a large living room. Your room has basic furniture such as table and a bed, and I will also provide you with the closet. You will only need to bring your mattress. Recently, I have also purchased a couch for the living room. 

The room is located in 2 minutes walking distance from Venlo central station, and it is right in the center of the city. The house has high speed internet, and the total price will be inclusive for all these other costs (Internet, energy, heating etc.)
