About the place

In total there are 9 rooms, spread over 3 floors, in the house. This room is located on the middle floor. The room has a bed that is mounted above the door. In this way you keep the entire floor space to use in another way.
The floor has its own kitchen, toilet and shower. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and refrigerator.  The geyser visible in the photo has been replaced by a central heating boiler. you want to place your own refrigerator in the room, this is possible for an additional charge of € 5 for a refrigerator and € 10 for a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
You have access to a garden. This is shared with the other residents of the house.
There is a washing machine on the lower floor.

We only rent to male (working) students. You must be able to show us proof of registration (that you are a student). You are required to register with the municipality of Venlo.
