About the place

There will be a room available in our house near the center of Venlo. The room is available immediately and is for an indefinite duration. The house is located in a quiet area and is near the Trefcenter (center with various supermarkets and other shops). The house has a spacious garden. 

The distance to the city center is 1.2 km. The nearest supermarket is 400m away. The station is easy to reach with bike in about 5 minutes. The Fontys is 3.5 km away from the house.

The attic room we offer is 8 m2 and can be reached by a staircase from the first floor. The rom has a skylight and the rent is 350,- euro per month included GWE and internet connection.

We are living with 4 people. Together we share a living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In addition, there is an additional shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and oven. There is also a washing machine and bicycle storage.
