Hi, we are looking for a new nice roommate. We have a bright room of 10 m2 with a spacious private balcony over the entire width of the room available. There is light laminate on the floor.
Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, toilet and washing machine. There is a locked storage room for bicycles.
Located opposite vHall and close to the HAN. The shops in Velp and shopping center Presikhaaf are nearby.
Rent includes gas, water, electricity and wifi.
We like to eat together and do something fun after dinner. This can be simple with watching a series or movie, but also baking something tasty. Of course, none of this is mandatory, but we do like it.
