About the place

This room is located on the first floor. House was completely renovated in 2023. 
Rent is 560 per month + 150 service costs. Service costs are: gas / water / electricity, internet, own refrigerator, municipal tax and use of: washing and drying machines, wardrobe and everything you see in the photos. Deposit is 1.5x monthly rent. 
The dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden are also shared. 
Because of the co-residents we are looking for a quiet student (female), guarantee is necessary. At home we speak: Dutch, Spanish and English. 
- Center Velp (bus stops, shops) at 5 minutes walking distance; 
- Velp train station at 5 minutes by bike; 
- Center Arnhem at 15 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by bike; 
Available from July 2025 minimum contract duration is 1 year. Registration is possible. If you go home on the weekend you will receive a discount. Send a clear email with who you are, where you are going to study, work and hobbies, and who knows, see you soon.
