We have several rooms immediately available in this apartment complex in Velp. Are you looking for a room, 5 minutes away from Arnhem? Are you a student, social and do you like different cultures? Then this might be the ideal place for you!

The location is close to HAN, Van Hall Larenstein and ARTEZ. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment so you can go everywhere you want by public transport. The size of the rooms varies between 11m2 and 23m2. Prices varies from €350, - to €500, - a month, depending on the size of the room. This amount includes gas, water, electricity, internet, waste processing, washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner.

The rooms are available on a temporary basis. This means that we have a notice period of 3 months.

Layout
Through the central entrance you enter the hall where the common area is located. Through the right or left side of the building you can find the stairways. You can enter the garden through the back.

1st Floor
This floor is divided into north, center and south. There are an average of 35 students on this entire floor. In total, there are average of 12 residents in each area (north, center, south), several showers/toilets, a kitchen, dryer, washing machine and refrigerator that you share with  roommates. Together you keep everything as clean as possible!

2nd Floor

The apartment complex has a spacious backyard that is shared with all residents.
