About the place

2 rooms available for temporary tenant.
On the first floor there will be 1 room available and on the second floor there is a room that can be used as an extra study room + a second bedroom.
Kitchen, living room and sanitary facilities are shared.
(So you not only rent a room, but a place in the house)
The house is located in a small, quiet village.
The house has parking for a car or moped/scooter on site and on public roads.
No extra costs:
Rental price includes energy by agreed (usual) consumption.
Rental period is flexible and can be extended or ended in consultation.
So you have no notice period!

Preference is given to someone with a Protestant Christian identity.
