About the place

Looking for someone to share the house with! Smokers no, cat lovers yes :) 
Eindhoven Centraal is 40 mins away by bus, and ASML less than 25 mins by bike.

The room itself is 12m2 and available for max a year. Shorter is an option (because I'm flexible), longer is not (because the bank is not).

The rest of the house you share with me (28F) and the cat (2F). She's very affectionate and curious, and likes to follow you around the house and judge you ;) 
I only go into the office once a week, and work from the living room the rest of the time. 

We'll also share the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, garden and garage. The garage has enough space to store a few bicycles, or even a car if you have one. There is also an attic with some more storage space. 

It's a quiet neighbourhood about a five-minute walk from the nearest shops (incl. supermarket, baker, and drug store). The bus stop is three minutes away, and every half hour a direct bus leaves to the centre of Eindhoven. The centre of Valkenswaard (which the bus also passes through) is 10 minutes away by bike.
