About the place

Hi everyone! I am desperately seeking help. I have a room available at Xior Student Housing in Vaals (students only, 6291 HB)

Building/Room
Room is a ground floor studio-room, with a bathroom, a kitchenette, and lofted bed. The buildings are also equipped with parking for cars, motorbikes and bicycles, shared study and relaxation areas and an own post box. The local area is quiet, surrounded by greenery but full of supermarkets, bars and many related tertiary services. 

Transport
The bus station is super close and well connected to both Maastricht and Aachen centre. Also has direct links to Heerlen

The cost is €630 per month (all expenses included), and with the possibility of receiving a state subsidy of €226 per month, by registering with the municipality and requesting this subsidy. Final cost, therefore, approx €400 per month. 

Unfortunately, for serious personal reasons, I am seeking to end my contract as soon as possible. The contract terminates at the end of August with the option to extend or cancel a month before the final date of lease. If I could find someone willing to take my room, I could end my contract.
