About the place

Are you looking for a nice place to call home? We have a room available in a cozy and well-maintained house (120 m²) in Overvecht, Utrecht. The bedroom is 11 m². The house is currently shared with two calm and social housemates (Jordi and Nick, aged 36 and 33). 

The room is initially available for rent for one year. If it works well for both sides, it can become available for an indefinite period. Jordi is the homeowner, so many things are open for discussion.

There is a spacious shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as a large backyard (with a ping pong table!). A washing machine and dishwasher are available.

After work, we’re often in the living room when we’re not out. We also have a group of mutual friends with whom we go into the city for drinks, dinner, or a game of padel. Every year, we also attend a festival (Down The Rabbit Hole). This has naturally developed over the years—if there’s a good match, you’re of course welcome to join, but there’s no obligation!

The house is located within walking distance of the Overvecht shopping center, which has several supermarkets and other amenities. There is always parking available right in front of the house, and you can quickly reach the highway from home.
