A room will soon become available in a unique building in the centre of Utrecht. The location is extremely central: all amenities are within walking distance, while the property itself offers a calm and pleasant living environment in the middle of the city.

The house is occupied by working professionals who each lead their own independent lives. A deliberate choice has been made for a stable and quiet living situation, without noise, parties, or constant social activity. The focus is on respectful co-living with attention to each other’s privacy and daily rhythm.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a reliable and stable tenant who consciously chooses a neat and comfortable place to live.

This is someone who has their life in order, is independent, and feels comfortable in a quiet living environment where everyone follows their own routine.

The ideal tenant we are looking for:
- Has a stable job and is not a student;
- Is independent and has their life in order;
- Treats housemates, the landlord, neighbours, and the property with respect;
- Has no need for a house with frequent shared activities;
- Feels comfortable with peace, privacy, and a quiet atmosphere at home;
- Takes good care of the property and participates responsibly in cleaning arrangements;
- Always pays rent correctly and on time;
- Is looking for a long-term home, not a temporary stay;
- Has no pets.

The property and location.

The property is located in the historic city centre of Utrecht, right in the main shopping area. Everything you need on a daily basis is within walking distance: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, public transport, and the train station are just a few minutes/seconds away.

The property does not include a garden or outdoor space. Due to its central location, parking directly in front of the building is not possible, although short loading and unloading is allowed. Registration at the address is possible. The rent is inclusive.

- Viewings are only conducted in person;
- Online viewings are not available;
- Photos are currently limited due to the privacy of the current resident.
