A bright, cozy 12 m² room is available for short-term rent in a house in Utrecht — just 12 minutes by bike from the city centre, and a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. Supermarkets and shopping malls are within 3–5 minutes walking distance.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and ample storage. A desk and chair can be arranged if needed.
You’ll have your own private room, and share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry facilities, and a garden with one other person.
