About the place

I just moved to Utrecht but I won't be there for the next few weeks. That's why I want to sublet my room. It is a furnished room of 16m2 as shown in the attached photos. You can come and stay there immediately. 

There are mugs and plates etc. provided, and there are shared pans and cutlery in the kitchen. 

You have 4 other housemates, you share the kitchen, toilet and shower with 3 of them, but you do have your own sink in your room. There is a shared backyard and a washing machine. 
The city is easily accessible on foot, by bike or by bus. 

Since I haven't fully moved in yet, there is still storage space for your own belongings. At least half of the large chest of drawers, the shoe cabinet and the clothing racks are entirely for your own use.

So it would be from now until the end of November. We can determine the exact end date in consultation. It is until January 5th at the latest. For a full month the rental price is 450 (excl. 450 euro deposit that you get back at the end of the rental period if everything has remained intact). For shorter stays I will convert the price.

PS: You must be prepared to perform 1 household task per week. Each resident is assigned 1 of the 5 tasks per week in order to keep the shared spaces tidy.
