About the place

Perfect room for temporary students or interns. Yes, you can REGISTER at this address, but no "huursubsidie" possibility.

You can also rent the room for longer periods of time when we both feel there is a click. 

The room is fully equipped so you only need to bring clothes and personal belongings. 

The owner usually travels a lot for work, but works from the home office nowadays. His residence is at the ground floor and 1st floor, and he rents out 2 rooms on the 2nd floor.

You have your own room with kitchenette, oven/microwave, Nespresso and water boiler and cups and plates. You share the toilet and shower on the 2nd floor with another male/female tenant who has their own kitchenette as well. 

We respect quiet time between 23.00-07.30h and no smoking in and around the house.
