This recently renovated apartment has two rooms. One bedroom and one living room. Both rooms are fully furnished. Two bed sofa's are available. 

We are looking for a clean and tidy tenant who doesn't make a lot of noise for the neighbors. 

The large kitchen is currently only used by one person for passage. The bathroom and toilet are shared by 1 tenant. 

The roofteras is shared with 1 other tenant. 

The room is available for a year. Half a year is discussable, but does not have our preference.
