This studio is available per 1st of Februari.  

Private shower and private kitchen is available. Toilet is shared with 1 person.
Unfortunately we do not have a picture of the shower in the studio yet. So the shown shower is without context.  

Washing machine and drycleaner are available. 

Nice detail: the studio has a view of the Domtower, the symbol of the city. 

We are looking for 1 person who is already in the Netherlands and who can come on site for a viewing. 

As a tenant it is important to have a relaxt personality who is mindful of the neighbors and it's surroundings.
