About the place

After breaking up with my girlfriend, there is a lot of space available in the house. That is why I (34 year old man) want to rent out the attic room (14m2). This can be offered empty or furnished. Just let me know the preference.

We will share the living room (34m2) with open kitchen, as well as the bathroom (8m2) and the garden (40m2).

The dog (large Swiss mountain, shared with ex) will come over every week for a couple of days, so reacting while having a dog allergy is not wise.

I usually work from home 2 or 3 days a week. Eating together is possible, if it works. The room is available from February 2 til the 1st of July. It is possible to register with the municipality.
