Room for a female student in Utrecht
For rent is a room for a student (female) in Utrecht, at the rear of the beautiful park 'Transwijk'. Only 10 minutes by bike from the center and the university, only 1 bus stop from Utrecht station. The house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a beautiful garden with apple and plum trees. The shops, market, doctor are within walking distance of the house.
I live in the house with my 19 years old daughter.
For rent is only one room at the entire second floor. The second floor has own kitchen (equipped: large refrigerator, sink, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, …) and bathroom (WC, shower, sink, washing machine, dryer, cupboard), and two bedrooms (double bed, cupboard, desk, chair) . Two students currently live there: French and Polish. But one studente going to study abroad in July - Erasmus. The kitchen and bathroom on your floor can only be used by the two of you. The floor has recently been built and everything was newly purchased and furnished.
We also have a housekeeper in the house, once a week for the communal area.
Room is ONLY for female.
House rules:
Only for a woman
No male in the house
No gasts (in consultation)
No parties
No pets
No smoking in house
Cleaning up behind yourself
Notice period two months.
Minimum contract for one year.  Of course if it's match between us.
For rent from 1 july
No work home especially in winter monthes (bc of heatingcosts)
No electric scooters, bicycles or somethings like charging at home
