About the place

Thanks for your interest in my apartment. 
I received too many unserious inquiries, unaware that the room is available only for one month.  
Please be aware that this apartment is available only from July 26 to August 31, 2026. If you confirm, we can schedule a viewing and discuss the subleasing issue further.

The two rooms include a big room (12.5 m2) and a small room (8 m2). Each room has a single bed and a closet. Because we usually work/study in the living room, I put desks in the living room. I myself use the 3rd room.

All the appliances are in good condition and ready to use (fridge, microwave). 

Close to Utrecht Central Station (2.4 km). Walking distance (800 m) to both the Nova shopping center and supermarkets (Jumbo, AH, Lidl, HEMA, Blokker, and Kruidvat) and the Park Transwijk. 450 m to the tram station (Line 20/21, or Bus Line 7). 

Big room: €650/month; small room: €550/month (inclusive of utilities, service fee, internet, etc.). The deposit is €700. The deposit will be returned if everything is in order upon moving out.

We take care of this apartment very well and keep it clean and tidy. We hope you will treat the apartment this way as well.
