About the place

I recently applied through WoningNet for a housing-sharing pilot program, where two people share a social rental home (and I won the lottery!!!). However, I'm still looking for someone who would like to become my housemate and live there with me!

The property is a maisonette apartment, as you can see in the pictures. It's important to know that both of us will be named on the rental contract and will be jointly responsible for paying the rent. Because of that, I would prefer someone with a stable job and income.

Important information
- You must earn at least €2,138 per month and no more than €70,149 per year.
- We will both be responsible for the entire property.
- The rental contract is permanent (indefinite term).
- Monthly rent is €1,077.81, excluding utilities (gas, water, and electricity).
- I estimate the total monthly costs to be around €700 per person.
- The apartment will be delivered unfurnished, so there will still be quite a bit to do in terms of furnishing and setting everything up.

A little about me

My name is Yamiral, I'm 27 years old, and I grew up in a village near Nijmegen. I've been living in shared housing in Eindhoven for the past few years. While I really enjoy living with my current housemates, I'd like to move closer to my office.

I work in Utrecht as a Data Engineer at a consulting company and started there last year. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and creative hobbies. I also like trying new things. For example, I've been bouldering for about a year now, and I recently started taking bachata lessons.

Who am I looking for?

I'm looking for someone who has a good vibe, enjoys living in a clean home, doesn't smoke, and is reasonably social. Most importantly, I'd like us both to feel comfortable and at home in the apartment. Good communication, mutual respect, and creating a pleasant living environment together are things I value highly.
