You will share the house with housemates. The house has a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. There is also a large shared rooftop terrace with a lounge area.

The house is located close to Utrecht city centre and is easily accessible by bike and public transport.

Rent: €1,050 per month, including gas, water, electricity and internet.
Deposit: €1,050.

Available for one person for a period of 3 months. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and will take good care of the room and shared spaces.
