Nice small room available in a quiet house; safe green environment. With private sink, small desk, wardrobe, bed drawer and use of the terrace. Suitable for a high sleeper. No traffic noise. Includes use of kitchen and bathroom.

If you speak Russian, you have a better chance; the owner is currently learning Russian.

The rent has to be paid in installments of three months, preferably the first installment for 6 months. Please let me know if that is possible.

Bus stop a 3-minute walk, directly to the Utrecht Science Park.
