About the place

A cozy, fully furnished room is getting free, and we are looking for a friendly, neat, and organized person to join our home.
You will be sharing the apartment with two working international professionals who appreciate a clean, respectful, and welcoming living environment.

📍 The apartment is exceptionally well-connected, making commuting and daily errands easy. 
 - Public Transport: 1-minute walk to the nearest bus station and just a 5-minute walk to the tram.
 - Biking: A quick 10-minute bike ride gets you straight to Central Station.
 - Shopping: Only a 10-minute walk to Nova Mall for all your groceries & essentials. 

🛏️ The Room & Apartment come fully furnished. (Please note: The actual furniture layout might differ slightly from the pictures, but we can easily discuss details during the viewing! Please note that the current furniture cannot be removed).

Amenities: The apartment is fully equipped with all basic amenities and appliances needed for comfortable daily living. You just need to bring your nice vibes :)

We love treating our apartment as a home rather than just a place to sleep. We enjoy occasionally cooking, eating together and hanging out for board game nights. That said, we completely respect each other’s personal space and private time.
