A new tenant has already been confirmed for this room starting August 16. Therefore, we are looking for someone who needs temporary accommodation immediately for approximately 5 weeks, until August 15.

The price is still much more affordable than staying in a hostel or hotel, making it an ideal option for someone who is temporarily staying in Utrecht for work, study, or while looking for permanent housing.

The room has recently been refreshed with new paint and new flooring. It also includes a spacious private balcony for your exclusive use.

Registration at the address is possible.
