Good day all, 
As of 01-02-2025 I am looking for a new tenant. You will be renting two rooms (10 and 5m2). The rooms are furnished and contain a large cupboard, curtains/luxaflex, and shutters. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet (separate) are shared with one other person (my little brother). A washing machine is included and the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, large fridge, combi-oven, etc). A storage room on the ground floor comes with the apartment, which you can use to store your bike and some small things. The apartment is located near public transport, the A2/A12, and you can still park for free in the street. Both Utrecht Central station and the city center take about 15 min to reach by bike and park Transwijk is just a small walk away.
