About the place

Have you just moved to Utrecht and are looking for a short-term place for up to a year? I am renting out a room in my apartment for a period of up to one year. Registration at this address is possible.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, green neighbourhood with all important amenities within walking distance, such as supermarkets, shops, and parks. The city centre and the station are about a 15-minute bike ride away, and there is a bus stop right outside the door. The apartment is on the top floor and has a lovely sunroom that we can enjoy together.

I am 36 years old, gay and work at the university. I am looking for a housemate with a stable work situation and an organised, calm lifestyle. Preferably someone who, like me, values a clean and tidy living space. Respect for each other is key, and I’m looking for someone who is open-minded, LGBT-friendly, and considerate. I'm looking for a housemate who's nudist like me.  

The room I am renting out is fully furnished and includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and a large desk—an ideal place to unwind after a long workday. I am looking for someone who is social and enjoys the occasional shared activity, like cooking or a chat, but also appreciates a peaceful home. No parties in the house, but definitely a nice balance between company and quiet.
