About the place

Due to a waiting period during my studies, I am looking for a subtenant for my studio for the months of August to February. I am looking for a feminine, quiet and neat subtenant, who, for example, also adheres to agreed cleaning schedules.
The studio is present in a quiet building with four other rooms.

The studio is located on the Surinamestraat, opposite to the Majellapark. Bus stop and shopping center Groeneweg are within walking distance and within ten minutes you are by bus at Utrecht Centraal.
The studio has a private shower and kitchen unit (including microwave / oven and fridge). The toilet is shared.

The rental price is €833 (including gas/water/light).
