Furnished room - walking distance from Utrecht central station and inner city Room in quiet clean house, street without much traffic, 9 min walking to Utrecht Central station (14 min train to Amsterdam Arena station), 5-10 min walking to the famous Oude gracht in the center of Utrecht. 1 min walking to 3 supermarkets and shops. 

The room ( at the ground floor) comes furnished with a bed, desk, closet, curtains, central heating. 

The house has a modern bathroom with double sink and personal bathroom storage, rain shower and modern toilet, downstairs there is an open kitchen with a 6 person dinner table, book storage and 2 purple sofa chairs, in the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, tosti iron and there is a seperate washing machine room ( Miele) and a seperate 2nd toilet. There is a very large sunny garden with a terrace 90 M2! And a shed for your bike. We are looking for a female (internationals welcome), either a student or young professional, (phd for example) that is looking for a social, cozy, quiet, clean and organised houses. In the house there will be other female young internationals living and part time also me. The house is non-smoking( only inside the garden is allowed), the room is for 1 person, but you can have a guest ( 2 days a week / 1 week a month) (longer ask the other people in the house if oke) there is a cleaning scheduled ( when not followed by someone deposit is lost ( or a part).. In the house we like a respectful / social / friendly atmosphere where communication is key, and we like to have some small talk or make new friends, You can always invite a friend but when inviting more friends communication is key, (like for an evening dinner, Sunday birthday party or garden BBQ). The main focus is a quiet but social living space, to relax, study and work, and most suitable for a 1/2 - 1 year stay. The rent is 950 euro / month and a contract untill either the first of September or one more year the 1st of september 2026, the room is available from the 1stof February 2025, the price is all-in, including internet( fast 100Mbit fiber) electric, water and heating, furniture and also including city tax. ( around 800/year for the house for users). (the bed/matress can be replaced if you want, but if you leave the new bed/matress and remove the old one). 

Of course it is possible to come over and take a look in person or do a video call, where i will show the street and it is possible to talk to me, so you are sure its not a scam.
