About the place

I'm looking to sublet a private room to a female tenant at a very convenient and great location. It is available from 2nd July 2025 - 16th July 2025 at Smaragdplein, Utrecht. I will prefer someone who is clean and quiet. Visitors are not allowed. Pets and smoking in the apartment are not allowed. Registration is possible! Your bedroom will be private and other areas in the apartment will be shared with me.

1. This apartment (40m2) is conveniently located as the bus stop is just below the apartment building and the train station Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn is 950m away. Utrecht Central is 9 minutes by bike (2.6km). All the restaurants are very close to the apartment near the canal. In short, it's the perfect location to be in.

2. Shopping center is just opposite of the building, it has 2 big grocery stores (Lidl and Plus), public library, Turkish supermarket, bakery, gift shops, cafeteria, Primera, HEMA, Kruidvat, and more!! Around 1km away you can also find other grocery stores too. If you have a car then a big parking spot is right in front of the apartment. 

3. The apartment is furnished and is nicely designed with lots of storage cabinets, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen balcony, huge windows, big living room with an open kitchen having excellent appliances. The dishwasher and washing machine are also there. It also comes with huge storage on the ground floor.

4. Last and most important, the rent is 316 euros excluding utilities (gas & electricity). The deposit during sublet is 350 euros. The service costs, water, internet, and garbage costs are included in the rent.
