- Kitchen: Full furnished, oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster ..… 
- Shower, toilet and a sunny balcony, total other area (incl. the room) is about 60m2. 
- For ONE person, temporary renting. Suitable for short-staying, in-between house, internship, exchange program, etc.. 
- Looking for a reliable FEMALE tenant, who is tidy and respects the house rules and is aware of the correct ways to use modern household appliances. 
- Possible viewing date: 10-13 July or to discuss in advance. 
- Available: Immediately available to 31 Dec, with possible extension (discussable). 
- The priority will reserve to the tenant who starts from July.
