Location: Central East (zone 5000), Quiet area with many greens 
- 8 mins by bus or 10-15 mins by bike to Central Station 
- 2 big supermarkets in a walking distance (3 mins). Many small shops, post office and ABNAMRO bank ATM are just around the street corner. 

- Room: usable area: 12 m2, a single bed (with mattress), a desk, chair;

- Living room: 20m2. Full furnished with big window. 
- Kitchen: Full furnished, oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster ..… 
- Shower, toilet and a sunny balcony, total other area (incl. the room) is about 60m2. 
- For one person, temporary renting. Suitable for short-staying or in-between house. 
- Looking for a reliable female tenant, who is tidy and respects the house rules and is aware of the correct ways to use modern household appliances. 
- Due to frequent travelings, you will be most of time (> 80%) on your own. 
- Sometimes you might have 100%+ on your own.
- Possible viewing date:　the last week of Apr. 
- Available: Currently 1 May to 31 July, with possible extension.
