About the place

A bright and comfortable room is available in a shared house with a lovely garden in Kanaleneiland, Utrecht. The house offers a pleasant and relaxed living environment and is shared with two other residents.

The room is ideal for someone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live while still having good connections to the centre of Utrecht (15 min by bike).

Good to know in advance: this is a live-in (hospita) rental where I also live in the house, and it's intended for around 8 to 9 months. I'm ideally looking for someone who can stay somewhere in the range of 6 to 9 months, so it's a great fit if you're looking for a nice place for that kind of period, and less suitable if you only need something for a few weeks or, on the other hand, for several years.

Registration at the address is possible. The monthly rent includes all costs: gas, water, electricity, internet, and local taxes (based on normal use).
