About the place

The studio entails two rooms together of 21 m2 size and are fully furbished with an own living kitchen, and a combination living/sleeping room. I also live in the house and we share the bathroom/toilet. I do not share the other spaces. The studio lies on the 2nd floor where also the bath room and my sleeping room are. For the rest I live on the first floor. I am looking for a quiet tenant who is clean, non smoking and on itself. The studio is for 1 person only. The rental period is 12 months. Please tell something about yourself (who are you, what do you do, what are you looking for) and maybe I will invite you to get acquainted and to see the studio.

Internet and GWE are included in the rental price. Also I clean the shared spaces every week. This is also included.
