About the place

A cozy room will become available in a shared house in Utrecht starting August 1st! You'll be sharing the house with three friendly guys/lady. One of the current tenants is moving out, so we’re looking for a tidy, sociable, and respectful new housemate who fits in well with the group.

The housemates enjoy watching movies together, cooking shared dinners, or going out to the city in the evenings — but nothing is ever mandatory! There’s always space for privacy and quiet time.

The location is ideal: there's a bus stop nearby that gets you to the train station in 10 minutes, and it's just a 15-minute bike ride to the center of Utrecht. A shopping center is also within walking distance for all your daily groceries.

The room is bright and has a surface area of 20 m². It features a straight wall, carpeted floor, and curtains. The house includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. There's also a bike storage/storage room available downstairs.
