About the place

A cozy room will be available from April 1st in a house in Utrecht! You will share the house with three friendly guys. One of the current tenants is moving out, and we are looking for a neat, sociable, and respectful tenant who fits well with the house.

The guys enjoy watching movies together, cooking and eating as a group, or going out to the city, but everything is completely optional! There is always space for privacy and quiet time.

The location is perfect: a bus stop nearby ensures you’ll be at the station in 10 minutes. You can also reach the center of Utrecht in 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, there’s a shopping center within walking distance for your daily groceries.

The room is bright and has an area of 12 m². The room has a straight wall, a laminate floor, and curtains on the window. The house has a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is also a bike storage room/storage space downstairs.
