ABOUT THE ROOM
I am looking for a roommate per 1st of May in the appartment. Tenant gets a room of 16m2 and a second room of 8m2 (I personally use my second room to work from home).

Rent includes payment for equipment, service costs, and resident tax: 630,-
Rent also includes payment for heating, electra, and internet for 122,-

The apartment is in Utrecht Overvecht, 3 minute walking distance from the shopping center and 20 minutes on bike from Utrecht Centraal. There is a busstop in front of the apartment complex and Overvecht’s train station is a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment itself has a shared kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom, a little living room, and a balcony (which is attached to the room that’s for rent). There is also a washingmachine and you can park your car for free in front of the complex.

ABOUT ME
My name is Loïs and I’m someone who loves staying home. I work a lot from home and you can make me happy with an evening on the couch. It would be lovely to have a roommate that likes to eat, game, watch tv, or just talk about anything! Of course, some alone time is important too so no pressure at all. I work as an illustrator and love to do a lot of creative things, that’s why my interests are in the same ballpark; I love animations, anime, old programs, weird people on the internet and much more.

My demands are not very big, so please just write if you are interested. But there are two things that are rather important to mention:
- I have Astmha, so I cannot have a roommate that smokes. Even if you only smoke outside the apartment, the smoke will get inside through clothes and I simply cannot handle that due to my lungs. 
- *IMPORTANT* I have a cat. He is completely my responsibility. I feed him, clean the litter box (it’s located in my room), I will vacuum more for all his cat hairs; he won’t be a bother to you, he follows me like a shadow. The only thing I ask is that you do not let him go outside, for he is a house cat. Of course, he is free to pet.
